These systems & procedures are put into place to ensure that all Peridot skincare + eyelash guests receive the best possible Service & Experience available. Thank you for your consideration.

Scheduling an Appointment: Salon services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We take walk-ins but highly recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. A credit card or Gift Certificate number is required to reserve all spa services totaling more than 2hrs.

Cancellation Policy: We request a courtesy call of 24 hours cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of each service scheduled. A No Show will be charged 100% of each service scheduled. All fees will be charged to the credit card or Gift Certificate on file.

Please note the length of service sessions listed are approximations and may vary. We will make every effort to accommodate your request when you arrive for your appointment. Please be considerate of our technicians & their families.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Gift Certificates can be redeemed for services or retail products only. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of services or present photo ID that matches the name on the gift certificate. The expiration date is only to guarantee the price of a specific service. If there has been a price increase on the service listed and it is being used after the expiration date, you will have to pay the difference in price. The dollar amount never expires.

Product Returns: Our Products Return Policy: We will exchange or store credit any skin care products within TWO weeks of purchase. NO refunds of any types will be given. All sales are final on the following items: Eyelash products, Aydry & Co., Mogimogi.

New Clients- should arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out a brief information/consent form. If you arrive late, your therapist may need to shorten your service time in order to stay on schedule for the next client.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full fee for your service will be charged. We do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you will be responsible for our cancellation fee of 50% of the service.

Payment: Payment is accepted at the end of your visit at front desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit cards, or cash as forms of payment. If Peridot skincare + eyelash gift certificate is your form of payment, we require that you bring your gift certificate with you and present it to the guest service representative upon checkout. **All salon prices are subject to change without notification.

Packages: All packages purchased in Peridot skincare + eyelash expire one year after the date of purchase. No exceptions. Packages are to be used by the designated recipient only. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 Jewelry & Valuables: If possible, it is always best to leave your jewelry at home. You will be asked to remove any jewelry before receiving your treatments. If you do wear your jewelry, just remember to take it with you when you leave. We are not responsible for theft, damage, or any valuables led at our salon.
